When we meet a soulmate, we feel such intense love that we tend to believe the relationship is supposed to last forever; that it is destined to be. This is part right and part wrong. Yes, the relationship is definitely destined to be -- there are no doubts about that. But not all soulmate relationships are supposed to last forever. Sometimes our soulmates come and stay for just long enough to teach us what we needed to learn or to heal the places within us that needed healing (or for us to help awaken or heal them) --
--or to prepare us for the one true love we've been working toward.
What most people don't realize is that you don't need to have your soulmate in your life to continue growing. If the relationship has broken apart and you've gone your separate ways, the growth can continue, if you become aware of how to stay connected to the love in a way that will heal you.
In this talk, Christina talks more about this and takes you through a strategy that will help to lessen some of the pressure and some of the intensity of the longing/pain. We hope this helps.
